For us, selling is not just about agreeing prices and conditions, but about inspiring you with product advice and - in the event of a complaint or warranty claim - solving problems competently and quickly. And that works best from person to person.

Customer service

What use is the best wine if the appliance breaks down and the service is not right? We have a lot of experience with our products and we know the market. If a question, a complaint or a case of damage nevertheless arises, our customer service manager and his team take care of it and send out their experienced service providers to solve the problem quickly on site. Service is our top priority. We offer you a comprehensive 3-year guarantee for the Avintage range for built-in kitchens.

Field service

There are 7 sales representatives for you on the German market and you also have contacts in Austria.

If you would like a sales representative to visit you but do not yet have any contact details, it is best to call our head office. Your initial contact will be coordinated there and forwarded to the sales representative responsible for you.

However, product advice is not just about sales, but also about customer service. Because we are only satisfied if you and your customers are too.

Competence centre

In order to respond even better to your technical needs, we have set up a competence centre where we solve problems for you and very often also create our explanatory videos. 

 

Because sometimes, despite all the perfection, there is a problem on site or you would like to find out more about a specific topic.

 

Then ask our customer service manager, Mr Frank Mauch, who is also responsible for the competence centre.
